Our evening dining room offers the finest of genuine, home-cooked, local Welsh ingredients: our own lamb, local Welsh Black beef, trout, salmon, game from the local keeper and all fresh vegetables. Vegetarians are certainly not forgotten. Advanced booking is necessary as all dishes are freshly prepared.
